Professor Manweller introduced the Citizens of the State of Evergreen to the political party system as it exists in the State of Washington. The Evergreen State citizens will be using the current legal elections system of Washington State.

Mathew explained the party positions on the current election laws and was willing to take a large number of spirited questions from the Citizens.

Ultimately the Citizens of Evergreen will generate political positions through the adoption of party planks and building a party platforms their party can stand on and for.

The second year of supporting the Evergreen Boys State program through his presentations, Professor Manweller brings the actual concept of University level learning to life for the student citizens.
